Welcome to Byford's Food Hall FAQ page, where we answer your most common questions to make your culinary journey with us as smooth and enjoyable as possible
Currently we only offer delivery for our Christmas Meats. We are looking at ways to expand so we can delivery our premium meats and other products to our customers all year round.
We will be taking orders online up until the 20th December and in store up until the 22nd December but the closer it gets to Christmas some products may sell out so we recommend placing your order as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.
Our scales work out the cooking times for you which will be printed on each piece of meat you order.
Our busy time for collections is generally 9am till 1pm on the 23rd and 24th December so we recommend coming before or after this time if you can.
When coming in to Byford's Food Hall, please walk round to the butchers counter where our team of butchers will be waiting for you. They will ask for the name and address the order is in and will collect everything for you.
All orders will be ready to collect from the 22nd December but if you need your items earlier please let us know at time of ordering and we will do our best to accommodate this for you.
