Personal details provided by you may be kept in a paper based file for 18 months in the event that you would like a repeat order for an annual occassion for example, your christmas order. After that your details are destroyed. No details are used for promotional opportunities. No credit/debit card details are kept. Details from payments made by debit/credit card over the telephone are not recorded.
